What We Do
Hansa Ventures is a holding company based in Appen, Germany. We acquire, hold and divest equity interests in companies in our own name and for our own account — not as a service for third parties.
Our approach is long-term: we typically hold our investments over extended periods and actively support their development. In addition, we manage our own assets and provide business consulting services to companies, both online and in person.
Our group comprises two subsidiaries: TERNIO in Germany offers independent IT consulting for businesses. HVP Invest in Portugal is responsible for investments and asset management; its brand DesKanzo operates high-quality guest accommodations in Porto.
